Return Policy
We offer a full refund on items purchased within 30 days.
The return is the responsibility of the customer, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We would strongly recommend to return your item tracked.
Returns are only accepted if the item is received in an unused/undamaged condition with the original tags still attached. All items are quality checked before orders are dispatched.
We have the right to decline a request for a refund if we feel this does not meet the above requirements.
If you wish to return an item purchased online, please supply your order number when contacting us via the contact form, email, phone or social media.
If you have purchased at one of our pop up stores, please send a copy of your proof of purchase via email/social media or whatsApp along with your request.
If you are local and wish to exchange or return an item to our business address in person, please contact us firstly to arrange this.
If you would like an exchange, please contact us via the contact form, social media or telephone, we can then arrange this for you.
