When purchasing personalised items, you have the option to contact us prior to placing your order. This allows for us to check your personalisation and any queries you may have. If you require your items for a specific date, please advise us of this before placing your order, this way we can check our stock levels are available when ordering large quantities and that our lead time would meet your requirements. 

Alternatively, if you can see we have the correct item/items in stock and you do not need to check our lead time for your products, you may place your order through the website, then contact us to send us your personalisation.

Please send us details of your personalisation, style, colour, size and amount of items you wish to purchase. we can then advise when your order may be available for collection or delivery. 

If any items are showing out of stock, please contact us and if the item/items can be ordered in for you we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
